On a recent media dine, my friends and I were invited to DalMoros to experience these pasta creations firsthand. We chose to visit the Delray Beach location. We met store Manager Sean who graciously welcomed us into the tiny but efficient store on Atlantic Ave. He ran through the options that were displayed on the board behind him. We decided to create a pesto fusilli with chicken, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts; fettuccini cacio e pepe (Pecorino cheese, black pepper, cream sauce) with bacon and mushrooms; Bigoli with their Napoletana sauce (fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, garlic and oregano); rigatoni Mama Rosa (fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, cream sauce, Parmesan cheese). We also had their bread sticks and meatballs.
